The RtSE Youth is a Mentoring Program that provides motivational enrichment, educational support, and encouragement to children and young adults.  

Our program bridges the gap between what our youth don’t see in the entertainment industry and avail to them what goes on behind the scenes.  We bring out Agents, Promoters, Editors, Artists, etc. under the guidelines that they will share their experiences, encourage and positively motivate selected youth.  

The goal of RtSE Youth is to assist youth with positive ways to express their feelings through self-esteem building techniques and motivational speakers.  

RtSE Mentoring Program exists to motivate the youth through programs that stir-up their creativity and promote social and emotional growth.  We supervise, plan and coordinate activities that promote thinking outside of the box.
